    Pressure relief Valve knob relocation

    Helllo, first post here.
I have a 2007 1100 with the HST relief knob on the dash. My understanding of the system is that the knob is attached to the high pressure relief valve and the low pressure relief valve is connected to the brake peddle. I need to pull the knob about 50% of the time during shifting while plowing. Because of the location of the knob, it's a pain to operate. I was thinking of connecting the knob cable to the brake peddle so it was always activated when the brake is applied. Does anyone know of a reason not to do this?
