Used RTV1140R-A Looking to Purchase

Hey Guys,

Looking at buying a used Camo 2013 RTV 1140R-A from Dealer. 300 Hours, all service done at this dealer, lots of accessories (windshield, roof, Light bar front and back, winch, carry rack on front, spare tire, etc.

Tailgate has minor damage but nothing bad. Looking to use this on the jobsite than when done bring it back to our 16 acres.

They won't move off of $12000. Is that a fair price??
Also, read on the net that you can do something to modify the auto/breaking or whatever you call it. Has anyone done that with success?
